Was wondering just how competitive the deck would be and what is the ratio of rarities?

Mostly commons/uncommons. Few rares. I build them, test them, and only ship them if they win 2/3 games. 35 playable cards, 25 lands.

Yes. Not all cards are within the recent two years though.

You have it backwards, my friend. Standard is the last 2 sets plus the core set. Since Origins was the last core set. Once Shadows Over Innistrad comes out tomorrow, the Standard block will be Dragons, Origins, Battle, Oath and Shadows. Modern is Eighth Edition and up. Hopefully this helps you and everyone else out. Great listing, will be fanning. :D
