This lot isn't as large as the last one, but everything in this lot can be winter sown. This a perfect opportunity to give winter sowing a try!

In this lot are six kinds of seeds. I got these from wintersown.org as a thank you for donating some seeds, and I don't need these. These are fresh, they look great, and there's a lot of them in each pack. The seeds are:

Pink Hollyhocks, standard kind, about 20 seeds.
Mexican Hat, a bunch
Romaine Lettuce, 20+
Plains coreopsis- 50+
Milan White Turnip (kinda rare!)- 20+
"Moneymaker Tomato" - 10+

what is perfect time to plant them and are they annual.

The veggies are all annuals. The rest depends on where you live. I'm going to winter sow this year, and you typically start sowing your containers on the winter solstice. Google winter sowing for more info.
