Description

The listing, GIN....VERY HEAVY OLD METALLIC COLORED MATCHING PITCHER AND GLASSES! has ended.

This looks like depression glass but I'm not really sure. The flip flop colors in the glass are blue, green, pink, and looks like gold and purple. Please know that there are no chips, cracks, or scratches. It has been in the attic forever so I will clean it up before shipping. Good luck!

plz note that i gt paid dec 2 and thats when i can ship two day priority w tracking!

This is faux depression glass aka carnival glass. This particular set was sold in the 60's and were carnival prizes. You could win one glass, double your bid and win two, or place an all stakes on a third try and win the pitcher. I don't remember the game, but my dad won my mom two sets. He must have spent $30 and back then that was a lot of money. My mom went cuckoo at Christmas. They alone could drink out of these glasses! Years later, my aunt Laura who ran a small carnival left my mom all her stuff like that, and now my mom has a set of 12. I hope one day, they will be mine! Now, you know the history!

I just got my mother one of these to replace the one I blew up when I was 10 by pouring hot tea in it. I found it for her birthday after 40 years and she was thrilled and the memories were awesome....fanned you happy Thanksgiving

I have the pitcher. I paid $75 for it at an antique store about 10 years ago. This is well worth the GIN! I hope it does well for you.
