due to recent prices on listia skyrocketing, ..stamp prices in particular , i'm no longer able to win books of,20 stamps. the 25000 - 35000 i used to win 20 stamps with now wins 3 , maybe 4 stamps ..maybe!. i'm paying up to 10000 to win one stamp at a time! then they have 7 days to send me my stamp or two! so if you can't wait past 7 days please don't bid!

if you file a dispute because it's been 7 days and you haven't received your items and i look it up in my log book and tell you its been sent & on the way and you "win" dispute so you get item won & your points returned to you while i lose item, points, cost of materials and. postage for shipping. in other words you get "all..". and me nothing...
