This came from an estate sale so I have no idea if it has been around pets or smoke. It has a musty smell from storage.
I have used a LOT of this fabric and after washing it seems fine to me.....

I DO have dogs, if that is a problem please do NOT bid.

pretty material, watching, GL. also, (1) is this a type of thick cotton material like cotton dobby and (2) is this pre-washed?

1 - Standard weight cotton ( I have no idea what dobby is)
2- I haven't washed it, we are on a well and not able to wash the truck load of fabrics that came from this estate. I don't know if it was washed by the original owner.

ok, thanks. dobby is probably the thickest cotton material, is the best way to describe it. almost like towards upholstery fabric, but not as thick as that.
