THIS IS A TROPICAL TREE!!! I guess it could be grown in a really large pot in a very sunny location like a sun room or greenhouse. This year is turning out to be a great year for the loquots in my neighbor's yard! They are large, delicious and juicy! It's a neat, pretty tree with long dark green leaves. Seeds must be fresh for them to germinate. They are only fresh this time of years so don't be fooled by anyone else trying to sell seeds, they won't germinate if they are old!
