I need like size 6-8 depending on cuts. Are these smaller than that or in my range?

I'm not 100% sure. I'm a 2-5 depending on who makes it. These say small but fit like a medium, but are very short. And if you have back problems the purple one is not recommended. I bought it and could never wear it because it hurt me too much. I'm visiting with family for a few days, if I get back before the action end I will take measurements for you.
