There's a chance of Saturday but not guaranteed because they're only open until noon. The last part really applies to a prior timeframe (do a lot of relisting on popular items & don't always update shipping details), but the reminder is a POffice isn't accessible 24/7 ~ by Monday 5pm at latest in this case.
