No hardware included by manufacturer ~ but I do list hammock straps to use :)

I have an older one that I hung under my deck. All I did was get a large j hook with wide screw threads. Drilled a hole in the wood and screwed it in. Get one that holds 250 pounds. You may want to add an S hook, but it isn't neccesary. I Love mine. It may feel like it's not going to hold between the poles, but trust me it does. I am doing all activities I can to get credits for this.
