Not Necessarily true Cowboy. Depends on a Lot of Different Variables. If U Do Not Plan on Bidding, well>Let that be Up to the Seller. I am Quite sure she knows that if it is Not Shipped to the Winner, She Does Not get the CREDITS . Then there are Consequences that Every Seller Faces in That Situation.
