This is an env 2 bcuz i looked up env3 and the keypad looked totally different ( env3 has space in middle of keypad, this has two spaces on the left and right side of the keyboard...) and its not an env1 because i have one and the keyboard dosent look like that

It's a Verizon LG (2.0 MEGA PIXELS). It comes with a charger. As for as the esn, I don't know because my father bought it at a garage sale. He didn't know what to do with it, so he give it to me.
