Suli brand tunic/dress...bluish/gray color with black line design on main body, black, turquoise & white border at bottom of tunic and sleeves and a matching fringed scarf

100% Rayon...looks great with tights, leggings, jeggings, jeans, whatever

Measures 40" from shoulder to front hem...back hem is about 3" longer...32" from seam to seam across bustline as well as hips and waist...(so 64" circumference)...very floaty

Yes. I wear a 26/28W...it would be long - almost to her ankles. I'm 5'9" and it hits a little lower than my knees
