(78 days) Anaheim Chilies are prolific with long thin fruits about 6" long x 2”. Mildly hot. Use for roasting, stuffing, stews, sauces or raw. Organic plants bear late in the season.Medium-tall plant 20 - 30”; one of the most productive traditional Anaheim types with traditional semi-flattened shape.
My favorite for mild salsas. If I want to add a little heat, not flame-thowing fire, this is my go-to pepper. I roast and freeze what isn't used fresh or in salsa.
