phone turns on but screen is blank. Phone is not useable as is. it turns on and vibrates etc. has a crack on bottom of screen. comes with used otterbox, working battery in phone plus extra battery and charger pack. also has another case with it. it was Boost mobile. have box and all papers. please ask if you have any other questions.
