Tastes like a cross between sweet potato and pumpkin. Makes the best soups and desserts and the seeds are my absolute favorite for making "toasted pumpkin seeds". I don't plan on parting with many of these as I'll be growing them myself next year, but if you use GIN I'll send you 10 and otherwise I'll send you 5. I got these Kuri Squash from a friend who says they were easy to grow in Colorado. I haven't grown them myself before but will be planting in the fall. I can attest to the fact that they keep well, as we ate the very last of the ones I got this past fall in January. Seeds are still drying as I type this, so I'm putting 10 days on this auction.
