This auction is for a NEW Portable Manicure System - looks professional!! REALLY EASY to use!! Instruction manual is included. Unfortunately, the pretty purple bag it came in ripped when I tried to fit the box of tips in with it. But it looks like an easy fix. Otherwise you can store this somewhere else. I'm including brand new AA batteries in it so you're all set to go!! Happy bidding!! : )
