I do offer FREE SHIPPING on all of my auctions, unless I state otherwise. There have been and will be times when upon receiving your item they may ask for a shipping fee. A few buyers think that they "HAVE TO PAY !!" and make it seem I did it intentionally, which is not the case, otherwise why still offer FREE SHIPPING. You do have the option of refusing so that it gets sent back to me to correct postage then I resend.
Some of my buyers choose to pay and they don't dispute it, as long as they receive their item and it's not damaged. So, if you do choose to pay "PLEASE..DONT DISPUTE IT !!" YOU MAKE YOUR OWN CHOICES NOT ME and I say this with LOVE♥️...lol !! I have 98% positive feedback and I do what I can to make you happy ! Thanks !!
