I ship same day with proof of shipping tracking not included it's too expensive and I believe in Karma if dishonest claiming unreceived to keep item and get refund it will bite back... 
Please keep in mind that the person who wrote me negative feedback twice kept getting item reship and refund and he kept bidding and claiming unsent.
He no longer is a member and this almost made me quit listia.
I work hard on this to get credits for my 2018 wedding.

Communication is key 
I also block those asking for refund after only 10 days being sent or those refusing sending verified mailing address within 7 days which doesn't get you the item and no refund.
