One controller is transparent blue.
One controller is transparent light blue.
All controllers are OEM Sony controllers.

The Multi-Tap is from Pelican Accessories (not Sony).

I'm sorry, but I do not know if they do or not.
I've never used a playstation past the ps2.

A little googling says there are adapters you can get to use these controllers on a ps3, but the rumble feature may not function for every game.

These are ps1 / ps2 controllers.

From what I've read you can get an adapter to use them on a ps3.
