This phone is used condition.It does have scuffs and marks on it.The screen is perfectly fine.It comes with a brand new verizon brand home charger.This phone was given to us and we are told all it needs is a battery,however I can't gaurentee that as the phone does not charge or turn on at this point.If you bid you are agreeing to the fact this phone goes AS IS and there are no returns and credits will not be refunded.These are very rugged phones,we just don't have the time to be l;ooking for battery and replacing it and we have enough phones don't need any more.You could very well get a great working phone here just by getting a battery for it.
