This is a quality coin, all legends readable, full exergue, nice centering and strike, from a ruler that's not so common. He wasn't as prolific as his co ruler, Constantine the greatCo authored the edict of Milan, tolerating Christianity in the Roman empire
Think the silvering is showing in the photos on reverse. This has been renwaxed for preservation, unfortunately the silvering is less visible. But it's there.
They essentially silver plated some coins, to give it a slightly higher value in commerce.
