2lbs-not to heavy that you feel like you are being overworked but just enough to know that they are there. They are a beautiful blue color and the covering is a "neoprene" covering with the velcro closures. Hope that helps and sorry, I should have listed that so thanks for bring it to my attention.

There must be some misunderstanding but I already answered this question...It is for 1 pair and they can be either wrist weights or ankle weights. I hope this is what you are asking about.
