no it was on a contract. You may be able to use it as a prepaid, you'd have to ask at Verizon. I would think you could use it either way.

This is my first experiece with Listia. Do you mean that you have bid on something else and are high bidder and don't have enough to bid on mine? I think you just have to hope someone out bids you. Good luck.
