Look at the first (main) picture, and you'll see the round yellow circle and like a cell phone you push either down, up, right or left to move or choose. Just under that there is a blue half moon labeled A B. This is for selecting, shooting, etc...
Look at the third picture and it shows the on/off switch with a red light to indicate on. Picture 2 shows the battery door with a small phillips screw for changing batteries. No controllers needed. Just plug the RCA jacks into your TV, set the channel to input, turn on the game and play. You do not have to purchase anything to play this except extra batteries. This is a self-contained entertainment unit.

It's more of an older child's game, but it's possible that she could play Link-a-Link, matching 2 of the same kind, just help guide her when she has to turn corners to match; maybe if she can keep up, she can play Simon Says, and with help reading the squares, she could play Mouse Trap. If she's fast and pretty smart as she is cute - by her pic, then she would probably do fine with those 3, then as she grows, she can play the others.
Hope that helped, thanks for looking and good luck :)
