Hey barbieknoll, steve89z is right. It's a stereoviewer; and, it's a very RARE piece. It's antique and even MORE RARE in the excellent condition that one is in. The pictures are like 'slides'; and, made of EXTREMELY thin glass that breaks VERY EASILY. Once the glass picture is gone; it's gone forever, bc they can't recover those pictures. Like the stereoviewer, the pictures are also, VERY antique. It's very rare to have a stereoviewer. That is probably why you couldn't find anything like what you have. This is an EXTREMELY NICE auction. Good Luck!!! =D
