This is an unlocked at&t phone. Its comes with a battery and the charger, No sim card and no camera. Its a very simple, easy to use phone. You will have to call at&t to set this phone up or take it to your nearest at&t cell phone dealer. That way they should be able to set it up for you on the spot.

Please allow 10 days from end of auction to receive item.

What is the condition of this phone? Any scratches, blemishes, water damaged? Also when you say to call AT&T to set this up ... if I'm already an AT&T customer and have a sim card ... can I just input my sim card and use it? And also "no camera" means this phone has no camera correct? Or it has a camera but doesn't work? Thanks :)

a few cosmetic blemishes but very little. Nothing that interferes with the screen or the keys etc.

fanned & watching. But this says unlocked, doesn't that mean you can use any carrier??? Or is that just for the ones that say jailbroken??? I know I've seen it one way or the other, lol.. I just can't remember which one is which. sry....
