Yes it is if my cat was in the room she would try to get the reflection from the mirror off the wall or floor if I was making the light shine on it.

It is plastic and the reflective surface is 4 1/2 by 4 1/2 and there is a cover in the back where the batteries go .

So, is it like a lot of plastic mirrors, and is kind of wavy and blurry?

I'm just looking for a decent mirror, so don't care about the laughing. Most mirrors here seem to be very small, so I really like the dimensions of this one.

That's the drawback of Listia, when I want something specific, I have to create a search and wait. :/

Below is not about you. Just an unnamed Listian:

One lady actually got offended that I asked for the dimensions of the reflective part because she'd only given the dimensions of the holder. She replied that I could estimate from the pictures. The reflective part was about 1" x 2" by my estimation, not that I mentioned it. No need to get mad, just say what you're selling, is my motto. And if someone has to hide what it really is, they're scamming. Or at least trying to.

Also, I think she was using the metric side of the ruler to measure, but reporting it in inches. Again, not that I mentioned it.
