I own all primal cards from any set already so this is my extra freshly pulled today! This card is in NM condition and no I will not lower anything this is an unusual card for me to post to listia. I also ship standard USPS and for this I will provide tracking. I do not ship outside of the U.S. and apologize to anyone who would ask otherwise. Thank you!
