Another found treasure from the estate sale. This little item is the first time I've ever heard of a FORCE V HIGH ALTITUDE WIND PROOF lighter. Look at where the wick should be.....it's just a little wire. (I was told it was a butane lighter.) I'm not sure who made it, it just says "Navigator" and "United States of America" on it. There is a tiny working compass on the top, and an adjusting knob on the bottom. Definitely odd!!Thanks for looking.
