im confused is just the character in that package and the tama-go under it a fake to show how its supost to look? or am i confused what a tama-go is ....because i googled it and it looks like the thing under the red (devil?) character in the pic

You are correct it is only the Ringotochi that you get, the Tama-go is fake to show you.
