This is a non rooted cutting. Make a mixture of 2 parts perlite & 1 part soil. Put 3-4" of the cutting in the soil and firm the soil well. Water all the way through and keep soil moist but not soggy until leaves appear at the top of the cutting. The pic is the color of the bloom. Keep in a sunny location but not full sun until roots are established.
