Vintage, carved stone CAMEO. Gold tone metal. No markings. Was in a box of other treasures I purchased at an estate sale. Do not know how old it is ~~~ only that the lady who owned it passed away at 83 yr. of age. About 1 - 1/4 inch high. Needs a jump ring and neck chain. It is definitely NOT plastic, as it is cold, hard and heavy to the touch for its size. I also tapped my teeth on it and it's NOT plastic. ( I am a former lapidarist and Mineral Society member.)
