No it is on Verizon. But you can unlock bootloader by downloading windows pc zips and drivers and other packages via certain links posted on xda forums

That was from a listing in 2012. I was in a bad relationship that ended a day after that and i lost her and everything i had. It sucks that is still there... Bad memory..
