This is a Brand New bag with the tag . It has never been used . A gift , that is cute , but no use for me . No pets /smoking . I pay S/H in USA only . I follow all Listia rules. The measurements are top to bottom is 4 " and from side to side 6" and the drop on the strap is at 20 " but could be made asking as 26" maybe even 28 " . I did not want to mess with the strap to make it as long as it can be so I eyeballed it . The last pic shows the strap can be made longer . I am wrong about the strap drop , no way would it be 28" . Thank you .
