The listing, Pokemon Deck: Mike's Mysterious 100th Auction (sorta...) has ended.
So when I noticed I was about to list my 100th auction, I thought "Hey! Why don't I do something different to celebrate?" And since many people do mystery Pokemon auctions that tempt you with getting an Ultra Super Mega Rare when you know you're more likely to get the most common of Commons, I thought "Why don't I do something different compared to them too?"
Up for bid is one tournament legal Pokemon deck with deck box, two-person play mat and two sheets of damage counters. The actual contents of the deck will remain a mystery, but I will reveal ONLY the following facts:
- to repeat, it is tournament legal
- it contains two full 4-3-2 card Basic-to-Stage-2 evolutions
- it contains 10 energy cards for each of those evolutions
- the deck was constructed by me, so I'm obligated to remind you that 'tournament legal' does not mean 'tournament viable' - I'm a casual player, not a power gamer
Let's see... mystery sellers tend to tempt people with incentives, so how bout this: for every 500 credits, I'll sweeten the pot in one of two ways (my choice - it is a mystery auction after all). I will either A) replace an Uncommon/Common card currently in the deck with a Rare or holo or B) add a bonus reverse holo from Emerging Powers or Noble Victories beyond the 60 card deck (bonus cards end at 6000 credits).
(Oh yeah: technically this is my 101st auction. I forgot to kill the relist on my 99th auction to save the place for this one. Ooops!)
