It's between 128mb, 256mb , 512mb. I honestly couldnt tell you. I take so many apart everyday. I'm pretty sure its ddr2 ram, it has two slits. It works just mystery how big it is. You like mysterys so lets get bidding!!!! :)

not DDR2 this is SDRAM from a server, notice how it has two notches...also if you count the chips you will notice that there an odd number. this ram will only fit on a server mobo :)

I just pay attention to how many slits there are and slide em in, never took the time to really care what they are called. As long as it works, thats what I care about..

oh, and if you will notice there is an ecc code on the sticker, only server modules have this!
