It's between 128mb, 256mb , 512mb. I honestly couldnt tell you. I take so many apart everyday. I'm pretty sure its ddr2 ram, it has two slits. It works just mystery how big it is. You like mysterys so lets get bidding!!!! :)

ddr, ddr2,ddr3 only has 1 slit , which would make this pc100 or pc133 is there a sticker on the other side still alot of pc's run this ram and could be a good upgrade it is probably worth at least 100 credits another stick of 512mb went for over 400 credits good luck and i hope you get at least as many credits as possible
