I found they were true to size. They do have the side kick slits to fit over boots. :-)

Sure...waist is 31" & inseam is 32". These are a relaxed fit.

hmm... funny these should fit I wear a 32 inseam and I'm a 30 waist... even if they're a little big, nothing a belt can't fix!

Well I measured on the outside go the garment so 31 may be a little generous & yes belts are good.
