You choose the state or state that has the year if it was minted on a state quarter, Google the year and quarter. Look at images, that will be states of that year minted. There are 4-5 minted each of the years for the states. This auction is for the state quarters. I will have other auctions for the parks, provinces and others as I post. If your year is in the states that will be awesome otherwise you will be in a different one. Message me if there is s more specific and I may post one up soon, the purpose here is going through offering state specific coin rings! That's the long answer! Great question

I have removed dates for a couple people born in 1975, there were none minted with 1975 so I removed the dates as they were robbed of their year on the quarters. As a jewelry item it is 100% legal in that case
