All of my Pen Pal Auctions have ended with winners, so perhaps more people than you realize enjoy receving Snail Mail. It's an old-fashioned way of communication, but I much prefer handwritten letters to email or texting or Facebook messages. It's personal, and can be very creative. ♥♡♥♡♥

I don't understand why people write unkind comments on auctions they aren't fond of. No one is forcing you to bid on them. Just move on if you don't want a letter, stickers, temporary tattoos, & a Bonus Gift with GIN... it's that simple. No need to write "LOL". :(
People can be so rude. I love Listia most of the time, but when unkind, petty, or mean people comment it taints it.
I hope you know you hurt my feelings and I am dealing with caring for a Mother-in-Law who has a terminal illness, my marriage is stressful and at times feels in danger of falling apart, AND I am in recovery for Disposaphobia (Compulsive Hoarding). Sometimes I consider suicide. Think before commenting. This world would be such a better place if people encouraged each other instead of trying to put one another down.

Everyone that has something bad to say about this is childish. maybe you want a pen pal. because you live alone and no one to talk to or you just like to get mail. i personally love to check the mail everyday to see what i have besides bills and junk mail. its nice to get something good in the mail for a change. some people dont realize a pen pal can help a person who is say depressed well loved and cheer them up. and make their life can by just one piece of mail. so if you can not say nothing nice just shut your mouth please weve got better things to do besides listen to you cry about how u dont like something or its a stupid idea maybe if u had a pen pal you would not be acting so childish

I've been corresponding with my best friend for several years..now that we are older, I really look forward to her letters in the mail. Brightens up my whole day!
