I got it for an extra phone then it wouldn't work with Verizon.

It should tell you what service it is programmed for when you turn it on, or you can go the menu and select phone information, that will at least give you some type of info to post, I had the same problem with my LG just a different model, and found out it was AT&T by going into the phone information under menu. great auction! fanned and watching

There's no place for a sim card so don't really know what that means except I know TMobile has sim cards.
