This is most likely a replica charm necklace "FAKE." It has four charms that are marked T & CO. and they pass the magnet test but I don't believe they are sterling. Then you have the chain with large toggle clasp marked TIFFANY & CO. and the chain does not pass the magnet test. The cross, open heart and star fish all have rhinestone settings and the cross is plain except for the logo. It measures 18" long and does have surface wear but sure it could be polished. I won this with some other "iffy" sterling silver and I'm pretty sure it is just a fake type Tiffany but it's still cute for someone else because it just isn't my style.
