yes it is stretchy! the width across the bottom of shirt is 23 to 24 to 29 to 30 inches.when stretched out. the lace is nylon and the lining is polyester.

at maurices they have regular and plus sizes their plus sizes r 0,1, 2 and i think 3 is the last. this is a 0 the smallest plus size . it is more like a large cuz 1x is suppose to be like an xl and 2x like an xxl.
