I bought this Electrical Shock No Bark Collar to train one of my Chihuahuas (6 lbs). However, it was too heavy for her to wear. It comes with the battery installed. It can be adjusted up to 19 inches in diameter.

It should work - all I did was try it on my Chihuahua to see how it would fit, but it was too bulky and heavy for her. I guess I could let my wife try it to see if it works, but I do have to sleep sometime! LOL

We had to go to the citronella spray collar for our little dog. She's a little angel usually when she has it on. I have been sprayed when she has been sitting in my lap and growled - LOL.
