I have an unused light pink eye shadow from Hot Topic. Slightly metallic. It's good with a primer to get the full effect of the shimmer. It does have a sifter but the top would need to be dumped in the lid to use it. That happens when it stays in a makeup bag and gets tossed around when I use different things. Hope y'all like it.
