I'm not so sure you interpreted that correctly. It says: Books
Maximum Domestic Standard Shipping: $4. I'm offering flat rate priority mail service, not standard shipping. Perhaps I will be more clear on the shipping I am offering. I am a flexible reasonable person and will be willing to send media rate plus exact cost of shipping supplies for anyone whom wins an auction and requests that shipping. Thanks.
