Cards don't qualify for media mail. If a postal worker was to inspect the package (and they have the right to since it's sent by media mail) the winner may have to pay the difference in price.

I don't think it would weigh much more than a pound, so it'd cost about $4 or so to send by parcel post (or about $5 to send in a Priority Small Flat Rate box).
