This is for 2 sets of horseshoe hoops 16 gauge, surgical grade material! I paid $10 for these about a year ago for my fiancé to use on his lip and he didn't like them so he never even tried them on! They could also be used for eyebrows, earrings, or nipples! They are still in the box never been used!!
