This is a really cool new with tag Cabella's patchwork flannel! It is a size Medium and has awesome Celtic knots embroidered on the front and back of shirt. I just noticed there is a small # sign on the inside top so I guess it's why it was on the final sale rack. This does not show through the back at all as you can see in pictures and is very light and will probably come out after washing. I took some approximate measurements laying the shirt flat and measuring from side to side:

Bust (armpit to armpit): 20.5"
Across shoulders (sleeve seam to sleeve seam): (16.5")
Length: 26.5"
Sleeves: 23.5"
