This is a USB computer mouse. It is a limited edition, Charter Nascar Car. It has never been used, but my son thought it was a toy when he was little. It works perfectly, but has some scuffing on it. Great collector item. NO SCROLL BUTTON. It has the left, and right click buttons on the front of the car. See picture number 2. I accept paypal for shipping. Combined shipping available for any of my auctions. I also accept cash, stamps, and prepaid packaging with prior agreement BEFORE bidding. It really is exceptionaly rare. They were never sold to the public. The only way to get one was to be an employee at certain centers, to get one. I just happened to be a temp at Charter when these were given out in Tennessee. Our office was handling the Nascar coverage at that particular race. My husband was employed there shortly after, but neither of us work there any longer, so I thought I'd share. Thanks for visiting my auction and commenting!!!

Thank you for sharing that story and it is a nice piece for any collector and memory seeves me right they sponsored Rouch Racing in the busch series and if I recall my favorite driver Carl Edwards drove for the company in a handful of races
